1. Introduction
Welcome to the AMS Foundation. By submitting your application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
The application is open to students, teachers, and donors. Applicants under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or guardian.
3. Application Process
Details on how to apply, deadlines, and the required documentation.
4. Use of Information
Information provided in the application will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating the candidacy of the applicants and managing donations
5. Intellectual Property
Any content provided during the application process remains the intellectual property of the submitter, but the AMS Foundation may use it for the purpose of processing the application and for promotional purposes, where applicable.
6. Disclaimers
The AMS Foundation is not responsible for applications not received due to technical issues or any other factors beyond its control.
7. Amendments
The AMS Foundation reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
8. Financial Contributions
All student financial contributions are nonrefundable
